The Business Improvement Area
The Orangeville Business Improvement Area (BIA), represents over 230 businesses in the downtown area and is mandated with developing the downtown core through beautification, general improvements and upgrades, promotion, events, and marketing. The goal of the BIA is to make the downtown core a place that exudes small town charm in a vibrant social and cultural business centre.
Some BIA beautification initiatives include the installation of flower planters, benches, and decorative lighting. Special events and promotional initiatives include the Founders’ Day Festival and Moonlight Magic. BIA projects have helped shape the vibrant and attractive downtown that exists in Orangeville today.

Dufferin Board of Trade
The Dufferin Board of Trade (DBOT) is dedicated to the promotion and expansion of trade and commerce by being the voice of many of the businesses in Orangeville and the Dufferin County area.
DBOT’s mandate is to enhance the economic, civic, and social welfare of the District. Chamber activities include networking events, developing community partnerships, sponsoring events such as the Home & Lifestyle Show and acting as a government liaison.

Headwaters Tourism Association
The Headwaters Tourism Association is a regional, non-profit organization with a mandate to facilitate the development and promotion of the Headwaters region as a tourism destination. Resources from regional tourism operators and partner municipalities are pooled in order to obtain more buying power and to provide affordable opportunities to participate in a host of marketing, media and promotional activities.
The Hills of Headwaters Tourism currently supports over 250 tourism businesses and organizations and provides tourism marketing on behalf of all communities within Dufferin County, including Orangeville as well as Erin and Caledon.
Greater Dufferin Home Builders’ Association
The Greater Dufferin Home Builders’ Association was established in 1988 and currently has a membership of more than 40 members representing all aspects of the home building industry, and it is an affiliate of both the Ontario and Canadian Home Builders’ Associations.

Orangeville and District Real Estate Board
The mandate of the Orangeville & District Real Estate Board is to promote interest in the marketing of real estate and to advance and improve the relations of the members of the Board with the public. The Board promotes, encourages and protects the ownership of real property, endeavours to maintain real estate values and do all things considered necessary or advisable to make real estate a sound and desirable investment.
The Orangeville and District Real Estate Board assists in the development of Orangeville and its surrounding areas in ways best calculated to promote the prosperity and wealth of its inhabitants.
