Open for business: Orangeville & Area SBEC is now open in Shelburne

Starting in 2018, the Orangeville & Area Small Business Enterprise Centre (SBEC) will be open for business at a new satellite location in Shelburne.  Every Tuesday afternoon, a small business consultant will be available to support local entrepreneurs as they endeavour to start or grow their businesses.

The satellite office will offer the same services, support, and resources that are currently provided in the main Orangeville office including:

–          One-to-one meetings with a qualified business consultant

–          Business planning support

–          On-site business registrations

–          Assistance with Starter Company Plus applications

Although the Orangeville & Area SBEC has always served the area, this new location will provide convenient access for many entrepreneurs outside of the Town of Orangeville.  The office will be open at the Shelburne Employment Resource Centre located at the Mel Lloyd Centre, Entrance E at 167 Centre Street.   Both start-up and existing businesses are welcome to take advantage of the services.  Entrepreneurs are invited to drop in between 1 and 4:30 p.m. or to make an appointment in advance by calling 519-941-0440 Ext. 2270 or 519-942-6334.

Supported by the Town of Shelburne, the Town of Orangeville, the County of Dufferin, the Dufferin Board of Trade, the Province of Ontario, the Centre for Business and Economic Development, TD Bank Group and Ontario Network of Entrepreneurs.
